Welcome to Maidan PSP Sports Facilities LLP (“Maidan”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website maidaanturf.com and your bookings and use of our sports turf facilities. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Facilities Users must follow all on-ground rules, safety instructions, and staff directions at all times. Facilities are to be used only for lawful sports and recreational activities. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask users to leave in case of misconduct, damage, or unsafe behaviour.
2. Bookings and Payments Turf bookings can be made online via our website or through our authorised representatives. Full payment or an advance (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm a slot. Booking confirmation will be shared via SMS, email, or on-screen confirmation
3. Slot Timings and Late Arrival Users must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the booked slot. Late arrival will not result in extension of the booking time. If the user fails to show up within [15/20] minutes of start time, the slot may be treated as no-show and may be released without refund as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and conduct. Non-marking sports shoes or turfs shoes are mandatory (if applicable). Alcohol, drugs, smoking, chewing tobacco, and glass bottles are strictly prohibited within the premises. Users will be liable for any damage caused to turf, nets, lights, equipment, or premises due to negligence or misuse.
5. Liability Playing sports involves inherent risk of injury. Users participate at their own risk. Maidan PSP Sports Facilities LLP, its owners, staff, and partners will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services We may use third-party platforms for payments, booking, or communication. You may be subject to their terms and privacy policies as well.
7. Changes, Closure, and Maintenance We reserve the right to temporarily close or restrict access to facilities for maintenance, safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, affected bookings may be rescheduled or refunded as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Amendments We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or facilities after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Pune.
