Refund Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation More than 24 hours before slot start: Eligible for full rescheduling or [100% / 80–100%] credit towards a future booking. Between 12–24 hours before slot start: Eligible for partial credit or partial refund (e.g., 50%). Less than 12 hours / same day: No refund and no credit, except in exceptional cases at management’s discretion. (You can adjust the exact hours and percentages as per your business rules.)

2. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to inform us before the cancellation window, the booking will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

3. Maidan-Initiated Cancellation (Weather / Operational) In case of heavy rain, unsafe conditions, maintenance, or operational issues where we cannot provide the booked slot: You will be offered rescheduling to another available slot or Full credit or full refund of the booking amount, as per your preference.

4. How Refunds Are Processed Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Refund timelines may vary by bank/payment provider, typically 5–7 working days. Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges may be non-refundable, depending on the provider.

5. Group / Tournament Bookings For bulk, recurring, or tournament bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply as per the agreement or invoice shared at the time of booking.
