Since Maidaanturf primarily offers sports turf booking and on-ground services, there is generally no physical product shipping involved. If you later add merchandise or physical products, you can extend this section.

1. Nature of Services Our primary service is sports facility booking (turfs/grounds) and related on-ground services. No physical delivery is required for bookings; confirmation is provided digitally via the website, SMS, email, or messaging apps.

2. Digital Confirmations Once payment is successful, booking details (date, time, turf, duration) will be shared electronically. This confirmation acts as your “service delivery” record.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable) If in the future we sell sports merchandise or physical

products:

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping charges, courier partner, and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking details will be shared where available.
Damaged or defective items will be handled as per a separate Return & Replacement Policy.

If you do not sell any physical products, you can keep the policy very short and simply state that no shipping is applicable.
